How may we assist you?



When will my withdrawal be transferred/ When will it land in my bank account?
From Sunday to Thursday inclusive, we check all withdrawals daily between 21:00 and 23:00 (CET). Once we’ve checked and processed your withdrawal, your money is transferred early the next morning. Depending on the withdrawal method you used, it can take up to 48 hours (during business days) before the money is visible in your account. We can’t send transfers during the weekend, so withdrawals requested during the weekend will be wired on Monday morning.
How do I request a withdrawal?
To request a withdrawal, just go to Finances in your personal account.
Can I withdraw to someone else's bank account?
To protect your money, you can only withdraw funds to your own bank account. You can’t send money to someone else’s bank account.
“Amount in game” - I tried to request a withdrawal but it wasn’t allowed because there’s an amount in game. What does it mean?
If you request a withdrawal but it says you have an amount in game, it means part of the money you want to withdraw is still active in a game. You probably closed the game before the last spin or hand was finished. To withdraw the money, reopen the game and finish your hand. As soon as that’s done you should be able to make the withdrawal. Please contact us if you can’t find the right game, and wait until we have sorted it out before playing further.
I’ve requested a withdrawal but filled in the wrong bank account. What should I do?
Please cancel your withdrawal and contact our customer service team, making sure you mention the right bank account number.
According to my withdrawal status I should have received my money, but I haven’t. What do I do?
The date given in your withdrawal overview is the estimated date, not the exact date. It can take a day shorter or longer. Please contact our customer service team if you haven’t received your money two days after the expected date.
Can I cancel a requested withdrawal?
Yes. Just cancel the withdrawal request and your money will return into your One Casino account. You can cancel at any time, up until the status is marked as transferred. When this happens it means the funds have already been sent, and we have no way to stop the transfer.
When do I need to send my documents?
To meet our licence requirements and ensure the security of your account, we might ask you to verify your account. If your account needs to be verified, you’ll see a notification in your account. We always ensure that your documents are safe.
Where can I withdraw my funds?
At One Casino you can request a withdrawal easily via your personal account. Your funds will be paid to you using the same payment method you used to deposit them. If you’re withdrawing winnings, they’ll go to the method you used to deposit the money your winning bet came from.
