Where can I find my Club One status?
You can check your loyalty reward status easily your Member Status page. This will show how many Club points you’ve earned already.
How do I collect Club Points?
As soon as you’re enrolled you can start accumulating loyalty points in your account, just by betting on our videoslots, classic slots or table games.
Why did I lose some of my Club points?
Each status comes with higher bonuses and more benefits. At the first of each month we'll ask you some Club Points as contribution for your Club One membership. Keep playing our games to make sure you don't lose your level.
Can I freeze my Club One membership?
Yes you can. When you won't be able to play or use your bonuses for a while, you can choose to freeze your account. When your account is frozen, we will not take Club Points as contribution, but you won't receive our bonuses either. Just contact our customer service to freeze your account.
